Selective Schools Expansion Fund (SSEF)

  • they have plans to work with other local schools to increase access for disadvantaged pupils and to raise attainment.

The Selective Schools Expansion Fund (SSEF) is made available to certain schools that demonstrate how they plan to attract more disadvantaged pupils. Working alongside other schools in the area to raise standards more widely.

The SSEF is designated capital with funding in the region of £50 million awarded in 2019/2020.
